Your Head of House is committed to delivering a true 5-star concierge experience for your business, ensuring every detail is flawlessly managed. From warmly welcoming your clients with a smile (and a freshly brewed coffee) to handling your mail, printing, scanning, and overseeing all facilities, they are the heartbeat of The Drayton experience.
Maria
Co -Founder
Maria brings over 15 years of expertise in project management and commercial real estate property management, with a proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of serviced offices in prime Central London locations. Her deep understanding of the sector has equipped her with the skills to manage complex operations while delivering exceptional results.
Customer experience is at the heart of everything Maria does.
Shannon
Chief Operating Officer
With over a decade of experience in hospitality, customer experience and commercial property, Shannon has built and led high-performing teams for some of UK's most recognisable brands
Having often been one of the few women at the executive table, Shannon is passionate about redefining the serviced office experience through exceptional hospitality while building a female-led team that challenges the status quo and sets new standards for the industry.
Emilia
Membership Manager
Emilia is our Membership Manager, responsible for organizing the onboarding of new SMEs into our houses. Fun, confident, and friendly, she brings a warm and welcoming energy to the team. Half Italian, Emilia’s family runs an ice cream business that supplies their delicious frozen treats to our summer member events.
Tilly
Membership Manager
Tilly is one of our Membership Sales Managers, leading the charge in occupying every space across The Drayton’s portfolio. Known for her vivacious and bubbly personality, she thrives on connecting with clients and helping them find their perfect office space. When she’s not busy making office dreams come true, you’ll likely find Tilly at a reformer Pilates class, creating something delicious in the kitchen, or enjoying quality time with her loved ones.
Alina
Head of House
With over a decade in the service industry across Russia and Thailand, Alina brings a rare blend of precision, creativity, and warmth to her role at The Drayton Members Club. Having made London her home, she draws daily inspiration from the city’s energy and cultural diversity. Passionate about fitness and wellbeing, she brings the same focus and calm energy to our members, ensuring every experience at Drayton feels seamless and uplifting.
Maddi
Head of House
With a first class honours degree in English, Maddi brings a strong communicative skillset to The Drayton. Known for her enthusiasm and adaptability, Maddi is a steady and reassuring presence for both members and colleagues alike. Away from work, she loves nothing more than relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book.
Sabina
Head of House
Previously from the luxury heatlth and wellness sector, Sabina brings a wealth of experience to The Drayton. With a background in high end service and keen eye for detail, Sabina is fenatical about standards and member experience. Outside of work, Sabina enjoys visiting luxury hotels, travel and fine dining.
Hannah
Marketing & Events Executive
Hannah is Marketing & Events Executive at The Drayton. Having started her journey as a Head of House, she brings a deep understanding of the client experience to the company's marketing and events. A graduate in Film & Television Production, Hannah is passionate about videography, photography and content creation, using creativity to bring The Drayton brand to life.
Dave
Administration Executive
Dave is a copywriter and admin assistant with over five years experience. Originally from Hampshire, Dave began freelancing whilst still at university, and has since become a valued member of the Drayton team. Dave has had a passion for writing since he was a child, and is always on hand to help with editing, social media, and spreadsheets.

Head of Maintenance
Mirel is our trusted and highly valued maintenance manager, with a wealth of experience and expertise - there is no maintenance job too big or small. He is a friendly face and a reliable presence on-site, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's routine maintenance or urgent repairs, Mirel’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of the team. His dedication to quality service ensures that our facilities are always in top condition, and that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
