Operations Manager ​

Madi is organized, efficient, and always has a smile on her face! As a key member of our team, she plays a vital role in maintaining our track record of glowing 5-star customer reviews. Madi oversees business operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, she teaches children to swim, sharing her passion for helping others.​
Emilia
Membership Manager​

Emilia is our Membership Manager, responsible for organizing the onboarding of new SMEs into our houses. Fun, confident, and friendly, she brings a warm and welcoming energy to the team. Half Italian, Emilia’s family runs an ice cream business that supplies their delicious frozen treats to our summer member events.
Marcus
Our construction partner

Headed up by Marcus with over 15 years of construction experience, including seven years restoring period properties throughout London. He has overseen the refurbishment and fit-out of our office portfolio- including 1 Bedford Row & Fitzrovia House
Their artistic flair, efficiency and attention to detail have been essential in producing the welcoming, beautiful finish to buildings representing our brand.
Lydia
Commercial & Creative Director

Lydia brings fresh eyes to the serviced office space as she oversees Sales, Marketing, Branding and interior design for Drayton. Lydia is the founder of Snow Princess Parties, the highest customer-rated princess party company in the UK! She has franchised this across 11 counties, delivering 50 birthday parties per week.

Maria brings over fifteen years of project management and commercial real estate property management, previously managing a portfolio of serviced offices at key locations across Central London.
Customer experience is in her DNA, implementing end-user-experience approaches as she takes care of everything and everyone.
Robert
Founder

Dissatisfied with the lack of variety in the existing serviced office market, Robert set out to create the perfect working space. A place where business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators could connect and work surrounded by history, inspirational design, and exceptional service. Robert has 28 years of experience running a variety of businesses, with 16 years in property development and a passion for restoring London's beautiful period properties.
