Your Head of House is committed to delivering a 5-star concierge experience for your business, ensuring that every detail is flawlessly managed. From warmly welcoming your important clients with a smile and a freshly brewed coffee to handling your mail, printing, scanning, and overseeing all facilities.

Co  Founder

Maria brings over 15 years of expertise in project management and commercial real estate property management, with a proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of serviced offices in prime Central London locations. Her deep understanding of the sector has equipped her with the skills to manage complex operations while delivering exceptional results.

Customer experience is at the heart of everything Maria does.

Lydia

CEO

Lydia is the founder behind the UK’s largest princess party company, which has 12 franchise locations across the south of England and over 1,000 five-star customer reviews.  

​

Now, Lydia is channelling her creativity and customer-centric approach into a new sector as the CEO of The Drayton. By reimagining the traditional workspace, she is bringing fresh energy and innovative solutions to meet the needs of modern professionals. Her vision is to create inspiring, community-driven environments that not only offer functionality but also foster collaboration and creativity, setting The Drayton apart in the serviced office industry.

Membership Manager​

Emilia is our Membership Manager, responsible for organizing the onboarding of new SMEs into our houses. Fun, confident, and friendly, she brings a warm and welcoming energy to the team. Half Italian, Emilia’s family runs an ice cream business that supplies their delicious frozen treats to our summer member events.

Victoria

Head of House​

Victoria brings energy, enthusiasm, and a determined mindset to The Drayton Offices. As a proud half-Bulgarian, she embraces her diverse background, which she believes enhances her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She has a passion for marketing, which she uses to creatively and strategically engage with clients and promote our services effectively. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to ensure clients have an outstanding experience. Outside of her work, she nurtures her creativity through face painting, an activity that allows her to bring joy to others. 

Tilly

Events and Membership Manager​

Tilly is personable and dedicated with a keen eye for detail. She takes great pride in ensuring every Drayton member feels welcome, and her events planning is second to none. She's always thinking up exciting ideas for Members Nights, as well as coming up with new ways to make our offices run perfectly. 

Evie

Emilia

Head of House and Design Executive

Evie is sociable, hard-working, and creative, which just about makes her a perfect head-of-house for a Drayton property! Her extensive experience in design make her an invaluable asset to The Drayton team, where we understand the importance of a good first impression. 

Keleigh

Head of House​

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, retail, and hospitality, Keleigh is a seasoned professional who brings warmth, attention to detail, and an exceptional work ethic to her role. Her background includes event management, where she’s honed her skills in communication, planning, and people-focused service. Keleigh’s enthusiasm and adaptability make her an integral part of The Drayton Offices team. When she's not at work, she enjoys unwinding with her Chihuahuas and a good glass of red wine.

Alicia

Head of House​

Originally from Peru, Alicia brings international flair and a wealth of experience to The Drayton Offices. A qualified Business Engineer fluent in four languages, she has worked across events, luxury hospitality, fashion, and beauty, delivering high standards and thoughtful service in every area. Having previously run her own business, Alicia brings a strong sense of initiative, creativity, and client-centric thinking to her role. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys tennis, Pilates, and travelling—and she proudly shares her heritage with her favourite childhood icon, Paddington Bear.

Abby

Head of House​

Abby brings a structured, thoughtful approach to her role, backed by over three years’ experience in personal assistance and event coordination, as well as a solid background in recruitment. Her calm, solutions-oriented mindset makes her a reliable presence in high-pressure environments. Abby holds a degree in Fine Art and continues to express her creativity through painting, which she pursues professionally alongside her role. Known for her personable and adaptable nature, Abby ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for every client she interacts with.

Dave

Administration Executive

Dave is an experienced copywriter and admin assistant with over five years experience. Originally from Hampshire, Dave began freelancing whilst still at university, and has since become a valued member of the Drayton team. Dave has had a passion for writing since he was a child, and is always on hand to help with editing, social media, and spreadsheets.

Mirel

Mirel is our trusted and highly valued maintenance manager, with a wealth of experience and expertise - there is no maintenance job too big or small. He is a friendly face and a reliable presence on-site, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it's routine maintenance or urgent repairs, Mirel’s attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable part of the team. His dedication to quality service ensures that our facilities are always in top condition, and that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Marcus

Our construction partner

Headed up by Marcus with over 15 years of construction experience, including seven years restoring period properties throughout London. He has overseen the refurbishment and fit-out of our office portfolio- including 1 Bedford Row & Fitzrovia House

Their artistic flair, efficiency and attention to detail have been essential in producing the welcoming, beautiful finish to buildings representing our brand.

Robert 

Founder

Dissatisfied with the lack of variety in the existing serviced office market, Robert set out to create the perfect working space. A place where business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators could connect and work surrounded by history, inspirational design, and exceptional service.
